The East Muskingum School District participates in the flow-thru Part B-IDEA federal assistance project for the education of children with disabilities. Present plans for the money include employing special education staff (teacher, aides), an interpreter, a psychologist, medical evaluation services, and supplies and equipment for special education classrooms.
